Carrathool Shire Council Multi Service Outlet provides a wide variety of services, to support individuals to be more independent at home and in the community, thereby enhancing their quality of life. All our services are flexible, as its your care package and your choice. The friendly and reliable team will take the time to get to know you, to ensure your support is met. Services we can offer you include: Domestic Support:-Cleaning, Laundry & Ironing Social Support:- Visiting Service, Telephone based monitoring services and Shopping Home Maintenance:- Lawns and general tidying around the yard Home Modification:- Rails Meals Meals On wheels:- Fresh and delivered 7 days a week Community Transport: Medical Appointments, Shopping and Social outings Respite:- Support for carers and family Case Management Client Care Coordination If there's something that we can’t provide ourselves, we will do our best to find the support for you.

Home Care package level 2
Low-level care
Personal care, household or domestic assistance, social support, meals or shopping, or rehabilitation. Services may include loan of basic equipment.
$34,174.95 package
Home Care package level 3
Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
$51,808.10 package
Home Care package level 4
High-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
