At Home Nursing Group we work with you to ensure your Home Care Package is used to provide exactly what you want and need to stay in the home you love. Home Nursing Group is about helping you to ‘be where you want to be’. Our job is help you stay safe, comfortable and happy, making your own choices and decisions about your home care, when and how you need it. Home Nursing Group is locally-owned and operated, and has been providing high-quality home care since 1985. We employ all our own skilled, qualified staff, including Registered Nurses and Assistants-in-Nursing, who receive regular training and are supervised by experienced managers. With Home Nursing Group, you will have your own dedicated Care Coordinator, who is specially trained to help you get the best value and the most service hours from your Home Care Package. For us, service and care go together: you will never be just a number at a faraway call centre and you are always welcome to call in to one of our local offices.

Personal care, household or domestic assistance, social support, meals or shopping, or rehabilitation. Services may include loan of basic equipment.
$34,174.95 package
Home Care package level 3
Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
$51,808.10 package
Home Care package level 4
High-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
