Koonambil has an astute volunteer base that supports the organisations attentive philosophy to all resident needs and strives to provide a caring, respectful, dignified, independent and homelike environment to all residents.
Koonambil currently has 30 bed licenses that allow ageing in place, including respite, together with eight independent living units. Koonambil has a continuous quality improvement committee which includes members of the Board that is focused on identifying initiatives that improve care and resident lifestyle at Koonambil.
