Our West Perth facility is currently under construction. It is scheduled to open in early 2021 and will become home to 152 residents. In addition to the first-class services offered, the West Perth facility will also offer a variety of room configurations for residents to choose from.
The fully serviced rooms each have a private ensuite, completely integrated viva system, built in storage and a sophisticated communication system. Privacy, care, and security are guaranteed. We are working hard to ensure that our residents and their families will feel right at home in the facility. They will also have access to numerous common areas.
West Perth will offer various activities and experiences, including games, beauty and spa treatments, church services, men’s clubs, concerts, yoga and much more. We will also provide regular bus excursions to local tourist destinations, cafes and restaurants in the area, special events and picnics.
Located close to North Perth and the Leederville cappuccino strip, our new facility caters for everyone and integrates cosmopolitan Perth with the vibrancy of the Perth CBD.
Completion of the development is expected in early 2021.
