Group Homes Australia provides a wide range of services including Home Care and Nursing services, Case Management, Respite Care, Low Care, High Care, Expert care advice for people living beyond a diagnosis of dementia, Post-operative and Palliative care. We have a team of Social Workers, Registered Nurses and Homemakers who can assist you from meal preparation, housekeeping and companionship to personal care and hygiene and nursing services. We offer a complimentary initial “meet and greet” by one of our Social Workers or Registered Nurses at home. Following this, we can prepare a customised support plan which taps into our expert team and services on offer. Your needs may change over time and so do our plans. We are in regular contact with you to make sure that staying at home is as stress-free as possible.
