Customised Packaged Care Blue Haven Care can provide you with a Home Care Package which is tailored to meet your needs and provides you with choice and control over the services you access. The experienced Blue Haven Care team can advise you on which services will best meet your current needs, with the flexibility to change to meet future needs. A range of services may be provided under a Home Care Package, including: • personal services – help with showering or bathing, dressing and mobility • Support services – help with washing and ironing, house cleaning, gardening and basic home maintenance, and transport to do the shopping, visit the doctor, or attend other social activities • Clinical care – including nursing and other allied health support such as physiotherapy, and hearing and vision services.
