Location
The Home Care Package Program provides packages of care and services to meet higher level needs and helps you live independently in your home. The Home Care Package Program (through My Aged Care) allows you to tailor a co-ordinated range of care.

$34,174.95 package
Home Care package level 3
Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
$51,808.10 package
Home Care package level 4
High-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
