At ComLink, you have total control of your Home Care Package, giving you the freedom to make the decisions that best support your needs. Included in your Home Care Package is your very own Case Manager who is available to you 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Your Case Manager will ensure you have access to all the services you need and assist you in your journey to remaining living well at home.
