Immanuel Gardens

The Immanuel Gardens Home Support team brings decades of Lutheran Services’ aged care experience to your own home, when and how you need it. When our local clients and their loved ones prefer an independent living arrangement, the Immanuel Gardens team can provide the added assurance of regular or as-required home care to support this choice. Our in-home care packages are flexible and can include: • General help around the home, with activities such as cleaning, laundry, gardening and basic maintenance; • Assistance with transport, shopping and attending medical appointments or social events; • Personal care such as dressing, mobility, meal preparation and dining; and; • Nursing, allied health and other therapies. Services are available through Federal Government-funded Home Care Packages or as fee-for-service.
