Jubilee Community Care

We permanently employ our support workers who we match to clients to provide services on the day(s) and at the time of your choice. You will have the continuity of your services being provided by the same long term permanently employed support worker(s). Jubilee Community Care is a not for profit aged care service provider, established in 1989, local to your area with offices in Indooroopilly. We offer flexible duration of service periods to meet your needs. Our Support Workers are reference checked, have a Police Clearance Certificate, attend annual and on-going training including First Aid and CPR, and are supervised by experienced Client Support Coordinators. Clients of Jubilee Community Care can access hydrotherapy and exercise classes, falls prevention programs and weekly social activities and events connecting you with your community.
