Liberty Community Connect is an award winning, not for profit, community based organisation, providing services throughout the Gold Coast. Liberty provides a range of services that allow older people to have choice in the support that they receive, empowering them to live socially connected, independent and meaningful lives. This includes a variety of Center Based and Community Based Leisure and Lifestyle activities along with a full raft of Home Support Services.
