Mercy Community Services - Home Care packages

Mercy Community Services (MCS) offers a broad range of Aged Care Services support for clients in their own home. An individual plan is discussed with the client, family or carer to tailor services based on client preferences. This plan is developed by the Care Coordinator who monitors care and provides ongoing communication with the client to ensure services are meeting needs. Services on offer include: •assistance with showering, dressing, meals, washing •accompanying on shopping trips and outings •wound care and other specialised treatments •access to activities and events on the diversional therapy calendar at the Nudgee campus •specialist advice on dementia and palliation •assistance and advice on accessing respite and residential aged care services •delivery of prepackaged meals and laundry packs.
