We understand that most older people prefer to remain independent in their own home or retirement living unit rather than move into residential care. Barossa Village provides a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of older people living at home. You can feel confident knowing that we can support you over the longer term by increasing our services, as and when you need them. We offer: Entry-level support such as domestic help, home maintenance and personal assistance to ensure you continue to participate in community life and maintain social contact. This is provided through our Commonwealth funded Home Support Program; The full range of coordinated care for older people with basic, low, intermediate and high care needs through our Government-subsidised Home Care Packages; Our private Barossa Home Care service, an alternative for older people to pay direct for their support needs or use the service as a ‘top up’ to receive additional support.
