A Personalised Home Care service that promotes independence and well-being for Living Choice residents in SA. Our goal is to provide residents with more hours of care than traditional Home Care Providers, ensuring consistency & continuity from initial contact to service delivery. Service is available on both a user pay basis and Government subsidised care. We will assist you with flexibility around your care requirements with a focus to remain at home and independent for longer. Current Home Care Package clients with other Approved Providers may wish to transfer their package to Living Choice Home Care. Our Staff will offer advice on how you can transfer packages to Living Choice Home Care, accessing a range of government subsidies to support your Home Care needs. Living Choice Home Care offers: • very competitive fees • competitive hourly rates • no contract termination fee • no fee for initial or ongoing care advisory services from your Case Manager

Low-level care
Personal care, household or domestic assistance, social support, meals or shopping, or rehabilitation. Services may include loan of basic equipment.
$34,174.95 package
Home Care package level 3
Mid-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
$51,808.10 package
Home Care package level 4
High-level care
Personal care, household assistance, meals and medications, nursing or allied health input, support with memory or behaviour changes, or assistance with aids and appliances.
