It can be difficult to ask for help when you’re used to doing things yourself. Home Care Packages (HCP) through annecto, provide older people with support to stay safe, comfortable and well at home. Whether you need a lot of help or a little help, annecto HCP's can be used alongside family and friends to provide support at home. Consumer Directed Care (CDC) is a new approach to HCP's. Your involvement in planning the services that support what's important to you, will ensure you direct how your funds will be spent. HCP Levels 1 and 2 are similar with the main difference being the amount services that you can purchase. They are designed to meet low-level support needs in the home. If you require more complex clinical or nursing support, HCP Levels 3 and 4 may be more suitable. Level 2 - Supports people with low-level care needs.
