It can be difficult to ask for help when you’re used to doing things yourself. Home Care Packages (HCP) through annecto, provide older people with support to stay safe, comfortable and well at home. Whether you need a lot of help or a little help, annecto HCP's can be used alongside family and friends to provide support at home. Consumer Directed Care (CDC) is a new approach to HCP's. Your involvement in planning the services that support what's important to you, will ensure you direct how your funds will be spent. HCP Levels 3 and 4 are intended for people requiring comprehensive clinical services and assistance with daily living in their own homes. The services themselves are applicable to both levels 3 and 4 with the key difference being the quantum of services you require. Level 3 – Is designed to support people with intermediate care needs.
