Gippsland Care services – care and support at your place – is a flexible and responsive service assisting and supporting older people and people with a disability to retain their independence and remain living in their environment of choice. Gippsland Care Services provide care advice and support to frail older people and people with dementia to maintain their independence and remain living at home and active in the community. Gippsland Care Services provides level 4 Community Aged Care Packages and fee for service to up care as required. Gippsland Care Services also has access to Commonwealth Home Support Program which enable Gippsland Care Services to provide continuity of care for our clients from the entry level to high care within your own home.
