MannaCare provides for all Home Care Packages: Level 1- entry level care needs Level 2 - support people with low level care needs Level 3 support people with intermediate care needs Level 4 support people with high care needs. Home Care Packages assists people (“consumers”) to remain at home for as long as possible, enables choice and flexibility in the way that the package is managed. All packages are offered under the Consumer Directed Care model of service.
