Moonee Valley City Council offers Home Care Packages for residents living in the municipality and close-by municipalities. Full Case Management included in fees at no additional costs. Highly qualified and very experienced Case Managers. Full range of services available (in-home, garden & maintenance, aids & equipment), either provided by Council staff or other providers we work with. Clients previously in receipt of our CHSP services can continue with the same familiar care worker.
