Our Case Managers are all tertiary qualified health professionals with the expertise and time to assist you with ongoing support issues and health needs. Our Northern Health connection also allows timely access to a comprehensive range of quality health services and access to interpreters of all nationalities and languages. We provide a highly responsive service consisting of your assigned Case Manager, on-call back up support systems (available 24/7), a responsive administration team to personally answer calls; two experienced Clinical Coordinators and a dedicated Program Manager.
