The care and support delivered through our Home Care program gives eligible customers the opportunity to continue to enjoy the comfort and independence of living in their own home. Coordinated programs are delivered by trained staff from Royal Freemasons, so it's someone you know who comes to the door. Our programs are individually tailored to each customer's needs depending on their circumstances and preferences, and include help and assistance with a wide range of personal and household tasks as well as on-going review of care. We can discuss the most appropriate range of services to enable you to be as independent as possible, while ensuring you have choice and control in decision-making.
