Acacia Living Group provides services under the Home Care Packages Program (Levels 1 – 4). Acacia Living Group provides a number of standard services which are individualised to each client’s needs, however, you can choose from a much wider variety of services that can be tailored around your needs and to fit within your individualised budget. The following is just an example of the services we can provide to you: • domestic assistance including cleaning, gardening & meal preparation; • shopping and transport to assist with bill paying • assistive technology and mobility aids for walking, seating and positioning; • social support, both in home and outings; • home maintenance; • exercise plans developed by physiotherapists; • medication administration and wound care; • dementia support • personal care including dressing, showering and personal hygiene; • dementia support • wound care • professional clinical care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
