We do not offer blanket, one size fit all services but we work in collaboration with our service users and their family to establish their needs, how they want the needs delivered. In delivering our services we are guided by five main standards: Safety Effectiveness Caring Responsiveness Well-ledOur services can be classified in the following clusters: Accommodation Daily living Wellbeing Having a break Behaviour support When you have shown your interest in our service we will have someone from our team come to talk to you within 24 hrs and establish whether your needs can be provided by our service. If we are unable to provide you with a holistic care service we will try to direct you in the right way to get the services you need.
