VMCH Corpus Christi is a 132 bed aged care residence focusing on providing residents with the personalised care they deserve.

VMCH Corpus Christi

While a larger-style home with 132 rooms across two stories, Corpus Christi Aged Care is thoughtfully managed to create close-knit communities within. For couples wishing to stay together with the support of aged care, we offer two apartment-like suites, providing both comfort and care.

Co-located with a vibrant retirement village, our aged care facility offers ‘ageing in place,’ allowing village residents to transition seamlessly to aged care as their needs evolve. Our team is dedicated to making this transition smooth, supporting residents’ wellbeing and independence.

Located within a prominent Catholic community, we hold two Mass services per week and daily rosary prayers. Residents wishing to practice their faith will find supportive services, while individuals from all faiths and backgrounds are warmly welcomed. Pastoral care is available to everyone, offering emotional and spiritual support.

For those in need of dementia care, Corpus Christi features Cluny House, a specialised Memory Support Unit (MSU) with 16 beds, designed to offer compassionate, focused care.

Our home is fully accredited by the Aged Care Quality Standards, ensuring you receive the highest level of care.

VMCH welcomes and encourages families to consider a respite stay.

VMCH staff are expertly trained to support individuals as they move in and recognise that a move into residential aged care can trigger a sense of worry or grief. For some residents, being introduced to like-minded residents can help. For others, having some alone time and privacy can help them adjust to the changes happening in their lives.

VMCH staff understand how important it is to be aware of what each new resident may need in terms of social connection or space, and that needs can change over time.
