Our residents relax in a warm and wonderful atmosphere of support and care at Barwo Homestead.The team we have assembled provide loving care and expert support for our residents.
Our aim is to to lead our community in aged care, and as such we address both physical and mental health needs at our facility by offering an abundance of activities. As an example, a few of our features are 24/7 supervision, meals supplied, private rooms, communal facilities and qualified staff.
To ensure that the residents here at Barwo Homestead are experiencing the highest standard of living, we maintain trained personal care staff. Independent living with support, when necessary, is strived for by the work of these care aides. Help provided by these caregivers includes getting residents dressed, assisting with eating and drinking at mealtimes, monitoring personal hygienic care, and guiding in physical exercise.
Any special dietary concerns are handled at Barwo Homestead. Our own kitchens are equipped to provide our residents top quality meals made in-house. Our residents have the choice of eating either in a communal dining room or their own room, as personal needs are taken into consideration.
