Our purpose-built residence in Clifton Hill opened in March 2020 and is a welcoming place where people can feel safe, comfortable and valued, while still remaining connected to the wider community.
The warm and welcoming home is located opposite the Darling Gardens in Melbourne’s inner suburb of Clifton Hill – near public transport and shops.
We are a government-funded and accredited aged care facility comprising 114 single bedrooms with ensuites. We offer around-the-clock registered nurses, access to clinical and non-clinical staff, social activities and easy access to a range of health practitioners.
Our facility, is staffed by registered nurses and highly trained care staff who are on-site around-the-clock and are experienced in supporting older people with complex needs.
Residents will have access to their choice of doctor and other health practitioners, including physiotherapists, podiatrists, dieticians and psychologists, and all other allied health services. We also provide specialised care and tailored activities for residents with dementia and have an on-site social worker to assist with residents experiencing mental health challenges.
We provide our residents with social activities and outings, as well as a lifestyle and enrichment program that includes activities tailored to their individual needs and interests, and that fosters independence.Residents of all backgrounds and faiths are welcome in this culturally inclusive home.
