Our team of expert staff are not only caring and patient but work their hardest to support our residents. Those who stay with us can expect assistance whenever needed, be it getting dressed, hygiene, moving around and exercise, or simply eating and drinking. If needed we can provide a personal member of staff to assist a resident. The purpose of Craigcare Moonee Ponds is to assist our residents while giving them as much independence as possible.

Any special dietary concerns are handled at Craigcare Moonee Ponds. Our own kitchens are equipped to provide our residents top quality meals made in-house. Our residents have the choice of eating either in a communal dining room or their own room, as individual needs are taken into consideration.
