Riverside House is a purpose built 30 bed Psychogeriatric residential aged care facility operating under the auspices of St Vincents Health Melbourne.
Riverside House
Nestled near parkland alongside the Yarra River, the facility is located within minutes of the Victoria Gardens shopping center in Richmond. Riverside house is a specialty unit that supports residents with severe chronic mental health illness or behavior and psychological symptoms of dementia to live life to their fullest potential. Where possible our goal is to assist residents to move successfully into mainstream aged care facilities.
Riverside House has an intimate homelike environment and extensive secure gardens.
Resident physical and mental health needs are cared for by our team of qualified nursing staff who are general and mental health qualified. The facility is supported by the resources of St Vincent’s Health Australia.

Rooms and pricing
Residential accommodation create their fees based on a RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit) and a daily rate. Many facilities will negotiate these fees. Use the calculator below to see how a lower RAD can be offset by a highly daily rate
