Eunice Seddon offers modern, spacious rooms with dual access to private verandah and shared decking areas. Excluding the en-suite area, each room measures 14.5 square metres.
In addition to your spacious bedroom area, the facility includes large dining, lounge and recreation areas to which everyone has ready access. There are intersecting decks and landscaped gardens giving the feel of a village with changed vistas around every corner.
Eunice Seddon includes a beautifully restored building, Williamson House, where residents can use the library, computers, musical instruments, billiard table and share kitchen for snacks or cooking lessons. A comprehensive Recreation program includes a dedicated bus for regular group outings, as well as individual activities where the special interests of each resident are pursued.
Eunice Seddon co-habits with Wallara supported accommodation for people with disabilities. Importantly, this makes possible the option of an elderly parent and disabled child continuing to live together.
