Ron Conn features large dining and lounge areas with seating arranged for small groups. There are five outdoor areas with views of landscaped gardens and water features.
There is a community room with access to an outdoor balcony and BBQ area. The community room contains a library and large TV which can be used by residents, friends and family. A comprehensive recreation program operates seven days a week with specialist staff providing group and individual activities. The home has its own bus which is used for regular outings and shopping trips.
