Providing exceptional accommodation and high quality residential Aged Care services in the suburb of Wembley, Koh-I-Noor Contemporary Care offers a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere, providing an attractive home for our residents and their loved ones who visit. Residents have access to several communal areas, inclusive of serene internal and external courtyards and several dining and lounge areas with exquisite furnishings and décor.
Part of the ground floor comprises of rooms located in a secured section of the facility. This area is dedicated to residents requiring a more secure environment ensuring their individualised needs are met. All rooms provide spacious accommodation options aimed to meet the needs and requirements of each resident.
Our residents have access to a registered nurse 24 hours a day in addition to attentive enrolled nurses and resident support attendants. The resident-centred care we provide is of high standard and focused on each resident’s needs.
Residents receive assistance with the activities of daily living, such as:
- Personal care: bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Continence management.
- Assistance with meals and drinks.
- Mobility and rehabilitation assistance.
- Management of medication.
- Specialised nursing care.
- Palliative and end-of-life care.
- Dementia specialist with secure area.
- Lifestyle preferences and spiritual needs.
All residents receive specified care and services in line with legislative requirements as a minimum.

Rooms and pricing
Residential accommodation create their fees based on a RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit) and a daily rate. Many facilities will negotiate these fees. Use the calculator below to see how a lower RAD can be offset by a highly daily rate
