Oakden Green is a 40 bed commonwealth funded facility located in Oakden, South Australia. Oakden Green is fully Accredited Aged Care Facility, fully compliant with the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Australian Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

We provide optimum quality aged care to meet the residents’ individual care needs and expectations in a clean, safe, secure and homelike environment.
Oakden Green provides excellence in culturally sensitive quality aged care services, with a commitment to deliver quality care to the elderly people of the community which appropriately addresses their cultural, spiritual and linguistic needs.
Each resident has a care plan individually developed which is reviewed regularly to ensure their personal and medical needs are met. Residents are free to choose their own General Practitioner. Pharmacy deliveries are made twice daily. A wide range of other professionals such as physiotherapist, podiatrist, speech pathologist, audiologist, dentist, optician or dietician may be consulted according to resident need and desire.
As well as nursing and care staff, the kitchen, laundry, maintenance, gardening and cleaning staff work hard to ensure all possible comforts are provided to residents. Oakden Green has a dedicated Lifestyle Team that encourages residents to be involved in a wide range of enjoyable activities throughout the day. Residents are free to choose from group activities such as concerts, outings, craft, church services, Bingo, games and exercise classes. Individual activities are offered to residents who prefer extra one to one attention. A monthly calendar is provided to each resident so that their family and friends feel welcome to participate when possible.

Rooms and pricing
